| Description: | Official World Premiere performances of a new modern style musical in two acts written by Trevor Harvey (Book and Lyrics), Ian White (Music and Lyrics) and Mike Saunders (Orchestrations). The scene is set in the late 1960's in a barbershop where trade is going well - but Ben, the owner, is drinking and gambling and soon his debts send the business into a downward spiral. Can he and his business partner, Lance, help save the barbershop from Bookie Jack's Heavies? The show is a mix between Slice of Saturday Night and Blood Brothers and, with comedy and pathos a plenty this show will have you laughing and crying. Written for a cast of ten and a band of 7 this fabulous evening of 60s influenced jazz, pop and rock music qualityand entertainment sees the highs and lows of two old friends who in the end prove that friendship counts for everything.
