South Korean soprano Joo Cho has trained in Korea and Italy, and has won many international prizes, including the Haverhill Sinfonia Soloists Award which brings her to Haywards Heath. Her repertoire spans opera, oratorio and leider, and a recent reviewer commented, “The performers’ excellent sense of timing, and their ability to capture the essence of expression in moments of bliss, intimacy, beauty......and anguish were phenomenal.” The concert will include works by Mozart, Schumann, Wolf and Richard Strauss. |
