| Description: | Professional opera singers Amanda Buckland and Jane Haughton met in Haywards Heath and discovered they had both lived in Italy, and then founded their own touring opera companies, Opera Brava and Garden Opera respectively. For this concert they bring together their wide musical experience in a recital on a theme of ‘Travels through Europe’, a journey of songs by composers including Poulenc, Purcell, Brahms, Donizetti and Manuel de Falla. |
