The Boundstone Chorus lead a group of performers in a concert performance of the community musical "To Harvest the Dream" by Tom Brown and Aedan Kerney. The musical is set in Lancing between the two world wars and tells the story of Ivy Fuller, a fictional Lancing resident and her struggle to continue the horticulture business set up by her husband (who dies in the First World War) and to be accepted in her community. She also has to cope with the behaviour of her son Billy and his going to fight in the Second World War. Using the changing of the seasons as its back-drop To Harvest the Dream weaves into its story a lot of true facts about Lancing, its place in horticultural history along with some typical Lancing sayings.
