|Description:||Two Poles join forces to place a beautiful 19th Century Violin Concerto showpiece alongside the Viennese ballroom waltz, operetta and marching-band classic favourites Worthing audiences enjoy in their traditional Christmas and New Year holiday concert with their professional orchestra.
Conductor John Gibbons’ Worthing Symphony Orchestra, introduce young violinist Kamila Bydlowska to play Wieniawki’s 2nd Concerto, with its sweetly-toned and soulful romanticism, culminating with a different kind of dance − a gypsy ‘Zingara’ − in its fiery finale.
