| Description: | Jenkins: The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace Handel: Zadok The Priest Carols for choir and audience We are performing “The Armed Man” to mark the centenary of the end of the First World War. A popular annual event for family and friends. Burgess Hill Choral Society will be accompanied by the Burgess Hill Concert Orchestra. The concert features a professional soprano soloist. Mike Wood BEM, our Musical Director and Conductor, is the charismatic MC for this event. Refreshments will be available during interval. The concert venue is a short taxi trip or 20 minute walk from Burgess Hill main line railway station (or 10 minutes walk from Wivelsfield Station). Car parking is available on streets near the venue. The venue has disabled access. |
