| Description: | We are delighted to continue the tradition, started by Levon Chilingirian, of inviting two of the judges at the Tunbridge Wells International Music Competition (forming part of the Mayfield Festival) to perform a chamber recital in front of an audience including students and competitors where, as Levon has it, “they have to put their money where their mouth is”. Accepting the challenge this year are pianist Martin Roscoe and horn player Richard Watkins. The works being performed are: Beethoven - Horn Sonata Kirchner - Lamento d'Orfeo Schumann - Arabesque Op. 18 Brahms - Intermezzo in A, Op. 118/2 Vinter - Hunters Moon |
